A nice place to live close to the Financial District. Yet it is right by the bay. It is fantastic to take a stroll at Embarcadero after a long day work. The free shuttle service to the financial district adds great convenience. All the facilities are very well maintained.

The catch' Expensive parking, dusty, could be noisy facing the Bay Bridge at Delancy, and a new construction site right next to the apartment community.
