I moved into Basyside from the East Coast about 1 year ago. Everything is clean and hassle free for tenants. If something breaks, which is always inevitable, they fix right away . The elevator broke this weekend, fixed on Monday. A leak in the garage was fixed w/in a week. And when I had a clogged drain , they sent someone up right away. The people are friendly , the site is gorgeous and clean , and tenants are friendly, and I never hear neighbors. I have a street apt, and I would say that it is a bit noisy. You may want to take an inside apt. as my bay windows offer little protection from street noise. Parking spaces are very tight. But overall , best apartment I have ever had.
