I have lived here for a year now and the only complaint I have is about rude people who also live here. It amazes me that people don't know that water (pool/hottub) makes their voices carry, especially at night. And that talking at full volume outside at 2am will disturb others! Or that placing a sub-woofer directly on the floor forces downstairs neighbors to feel the bass!

The staff has been completely professional, helpful, and courteous. This is a business that manages 800 apartments and in my opionion they do an excellent job. I have never had a problem picking up parcels or reserving parking spaces or getting the manager to respond to noise complaints. The premises are constantly pruned, painted, and cleaned. As for the price, from what I have seen, Bayside charges less than any of the nearby apartment complexes, and the units appear to have more closet space.

If you really want to live in South Beach and can afford the rent, this is the place to live. But don't forget to stock up on earplugs! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
