Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
Positives: Great Southbeach location, the Embarcadero, Pac Bell Park, Muni, CalT, decent work out facilities,pools,BBQ,etc., clean. Great sunny weather, 280, Mgt.quick to respond, returned deposit in timely manner, deli,movies, wine shop
Negatives: car convertible was slashed in 1999 in the garage. 20 or more others were broken into as well and/or slashed. (cameras since installed). Not enough clothing washer/dryers per floor. Noisy at times, but hey it's the city.
Overall, great place to live .....
