Overpriced, noisy and it made me sick to live here

I lived here for 18 months. It was convenient to all major highways and parking was easy.
Down sides to this place:
The bridge noise because it is under construction is awful...middle of the night you hear the construction trucks back up.
The particulate matter from the bridge made me sick and I had to move because I was developing allergies and asthma.
Neighborhood is an economic anathema. San Francisco is a fabulous place...but living in this neighborhood you won't feel it.
Office is run my a curmudeonly middle aged man who was mean to my very nice mother for no reason at all. When I was moving out he had staff come by my apartment every 30 minutes to make sure I was leaving. Furthermore, they held my security deposit way to long.
Re: Safety: I could not get renters insurance for this apartment. I now live in the Marina and my rent is lower, I am insured and my car insurance went down over 10%.
If you are wondering if I was a bad tennant, I wasn't I paid my rent on time and in full except for one month during my tenure where it was late and i paid the $100 late fee.
