Great buildings and landscape! Noise was not that bad... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place is a godsend compared to what I have now! The parking was $200/month of course, but... The landscaping and build painting are always being worked on - impeccable. The apts. have good layouts and balconies if you find the right one. The laundry rooms are clean and on your floor. Two fitness centers! Two pools! And it's walking to great cafes, restaurants, and beyond what I call the convenient "money market" downstairs - the Safeway is close, too. I still pay the same amount in rent in Menlo Park for less than half the comfort and value. Take it!
