Do not move here

This apartment complex is bells and whistles to get you in and horrible, disrespectful, slow service once you've signed your name on the lease. The rent is raised the maximum amount every year, the apartments are tiny and poorly maintained, with stained carpeting, poor paint jobs, terrible plumbing, and constant maintenance issues. The pool and hot tub are constantly in and out of service, as is the cardio equipment in the gym. The office staff are rude and indifferent and the manager, who goes by James D. Greene, is absolutely awful. We have been residents for four years and the proverbial last straw has finally been pulled. Don't settle for this quasi-suburban oasis. It's more like a badly run retirement home.
