People who complain that they raise the rent, ok, it's sucks, but they can - so deal with it or move out. People who say it's soul-less, well, it's South Beach, everything is soul-less here and fake but it's a great location! If you want soul, move out of the area. As for the bay bridge construction and noise late at night, hey, it's got to be done and at least this is a rental you can get out of if it bugs you enough, imagine the people in the million dollar condos next to us and then appreciate your situation. All in all...Great apartments, location and staff! I've been here 3 years with no complaints.
