The apartment was in excellent shape when we moved in. New carpets, newly painted walls etc. The management was good, and they were prompt in getting things fixed (broken microwave, broken flush etc). Common facilities within the complex were also well maintained (gym, heated pool, sauna etc.). Street parking was mostly easy to get (except when there was a ball game).
Here's the thing that really made our experience all the more better: there were some scratches to the kitchen counter-top but they did not charge us for it when we vacated; they said the counter-top lived its estimated life!
