i lived in a studio at Bayside and loved it. the property management office is great about repairs and signing for your packages. the shuttle to/from the financial district every 20 min during rush hour is very efficient, although they have trouble staying on schedule in the late afternoon (not surprising given traffic). the gyms and pools in the complex are well-maintained and very rarely crowded. make sure you request a larger parking spot as some of them are quite tight, but the management office is very accomodating in switching you if a new one opens up. there is plenty of street parking for guests, too. all-in-all i highly recommend this building.

Is this property owned by Forest City? They're the worst rated landlords in the country according to neulandlord.com. Check out my website. I lived on one of their biggest properties in Chicago.
