Excellent management who actually gives a ----# From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002   Particularly for this neighborhood (bottom of Nob Hill, not quite tenderloin) this is one of the two best managed buildings, and i have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years. Owned by a small realtor who really makes sure the place is immaculately clean, there have been two building managers in the past 10 years, both extremely professional, repairs done immediately, and extra services, like signing for packages etc. Manager practically acts as doorman, and is attentive to any problems outside. Cannot make a better choice in this neighborhood. FREE MOTORCYCLE PARKING, provided we stay cool and hassle-free.
