Landlord is greedy, dishonest, and enters snoops around apartments

The owner is a very rude, dishonest, and greedy person. A few times a year, he conducts "pest control," which is nothing but a poor excuse for snooping around in the apartments while putting out little black roach traps available at any local market. He holds his tenants in low regard and has zero respect for them.
