If you decide that there are no other options but to live in this horrid place than at the least know your rights!!! Upon giving notice, Jerry tried to turn our apartment into an open house (NOT ALLOWED UNDER THE LAW!!) Informed him of this and haven't heard from since...have a feeling he'll try to pull something with the deposit...but I know my rights...I would like to see him try. But I lived here for a year and at one point he practically abused my boyfriend's mother when she tried to hold the door for him because he had a bike (he thought she was breaking in...or so he claims) accused me of trying to break his hand, when I tried to hold the elevator door for him and is CONSTANTLY complaining that he has sooooo much work to do. PLEEEEZE! The place is certaintly not worth it to deal with him, he is a bitter old --- man that either needs a boyfriend or has serious pessimistic issues. And that's another thing he was totally nice to my boyfriend so I guess if you are a guy you might have some luck but if you are woman forget about it, he's obviously intimidated by us...otherwise he wouldn't lash out so bad. PROBLEMS...plus the kitchens are old too and TINY!! Good luck if you are looking at this place!
