Great location, crappy elevator, and then there is the landlord From: Iamnotananimal Date posted: 12/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Jerry is a complete bitter old --- beeeotch. In my opinion, he is a worst case manic depressive and I thik he forgets to take his medication way too often. His voice, that within earshot rushes tenants into their apartments, is fun to clown on. He is an extraordinary piece of work, like a character you would only find in a movie. I will say a couple things in his defense, he keeps the front of the building immaculate and every bum in the neigborhood knows to steer clear of the building. HE is attentive to tenants needs, no matter how hard he may ----- about it, and when he is having a good day he is almost a pleasure to talk to. Overall, I think he adds to the charm of the building and the nieghborhood. The elevator breaks down alot, but it is something you can put up with as long as it doesn't happen on a saturday. The building couldn't be better situated and the apartments have tons of character.
