When I first moved into the apartments Jerry threw me a bit off as well, but he?s a good guy and a good manager. The building is very well maintained and there is a nice asian man that always seems to be there cleaning it. The units facing the windows are a bit loud, but can be interesting too, my boyfriend has a good collection of video taped arguments on the street. There is street parking and your success rate really depends on the time of day. The units are old fashioned though, you have to plug your tub with one of those rubber stoppers and there are not a lot of outlets... no outlet in the bath room! But they are clean and freshly painted upon move in.
