it looks like some people are put off by jerry the manager, but we've had no problems at all. in fact, he's on top of everything and he's attended to all of our requests/complaints quickly. i suppose he's somewhat strict and straightforward, but honestly that's what makes a good building manager. there's nothing worse than a push-over manager because people will always take advantage of the soft manager and do whatever they feel like.

parking absolutely sucks. the location is excellent, right in the middle of it all. the tenants here are generally quiet and polite, you might hear the occasional happy-boisterous-drunken group of friends on friday or saturday nights, but that's expected and part of the place's character.
