I've been at the Burke-Lewis for a year and a half and have not had any problems. I also know that several tenants are poor tenants (I have seen them come and go quite often in the last 18 months). If you are noisy and/or immature, don't bother applying for an apartment here. You might be accepted, but you'll be asked to leave long before your lease is up. And I think that that makes a very good landlord.
