Jerry is indeed a character, an aquired taste you might say, however he's always been attentive to my needs as a tenant. I love the location of this building. I have a window unit and it does get loud at night but the walls must be thick because I have never had trouble with loud neighbors. I play my music loud when I clean the house but when I go out to throw the trash I can't hear the music as soon as I shut the door behind me. The building is very clean and if you are around during the day you can smell the pinesol (it smells good!)
The only troule I have had with tenants is that someone had a moment of ignorance and stuffed a bag of styrofoam popcorn stuffing down the garbage shoot.
It seems to be a younger crowd here which I like because I'm very young myself. Getting real groceries is kind of a pain in this location but there are some pretty well stocked liquor stores just down stairs. I have a studio now, and am looking to move to a one bedroom, but I like this building so much I'm gonna wait around and see if anything opens up here.
