I lasted several months with incredible noise above me. Turns out Jerry was renting the apartment above me to a pair of -------s that used it as a weightlifting studio but did not live in it. Jerry claimed he had never had complaints about them before but I spoke with the person that lived in my apartment prior to me and she had the same problem which Jerry did nothing to resolve. He is a bitter, drunken old queen has-been/never was. Nice building but very high turnover because of that creature.

I believe in KARMA, and the example of it can be seen by observing the mean manager Jerry. He treats people like they are rubbish, but in turn, he lives a miserable life. It is not hard to see that he has a bad life in that building. He is such a waste, he is alcoholic, lazy jerk... i totally agree with you. KARMA ROCKS!!!
