I just viewed an apartment here and the building manager was one of the rudist most annoying people I've ever met. I would not live here. If the owners of this building are reading this, I recommend you seriously reprimand or get rid of this guy. This may have worked for you when the market was hot, but now it's renters' market and this guy (Jerry) will guarantee you more empty apartments than necessary.
