Apt Manager (Jerry) is a very bad person...

Oh, the Burke-Lewis apartments... Nice location, clean building, convenient and well heated. These are not wrong statements; however, I am definetely not happy with the manager Jerry.
I have been living here for over a year and a half, and Jerry (our unfriendly and uneducated manager) has treated tenants like they are a piece of ---- all the time. He is not willing to cooperate to communicate with anybody, he gets angry just out of the blue and never likes people calling his office. He basically hates to deal with people and enjoys a solitary kind of lifestyle. I totally understand that someone might not like social life, but if you are the manager of a building that has more than 20-30 apartments, you better like to deal with people. I CAN NEVER DARE TO GO TO HIS OFFICE TO ASK HIM QUESTIONS, and that's because he loves to put people down and treats you like you are an idiot.
Well, I am not going to write any more about the manager because it really annoys me to even think about how he runs this building. I have an advice for you though: If there are other apartments to move in, chose another one. If not, be prepared to spend a hell of a bad time with our manager Jerry. And one last thing about Jerry... He really thinks that he is the smarted person in the whole world (the way he talks to people). I don't about that, but I would doubt if he would qualify for the dumbest of all...

tell me... he is not a person that you would like to deal with. actually, he is not a person at all to me. he will be the number one symbol of -------s after he kicks the buckets. Manager Jerry is a bad bad bad person!!! I hope I will never see his face again in my life. I am glad to have moved out to an apartment where I can chat with the manager in a friendly way. I gotta tell you, after spending 2 years with Jerry, with my new manager I feel like I am in heaven.
Oh, one more thing... if your time has come to move out, maaaannn... goodluck!!! hold your temper and do not get in trouble with this guy... it was my worst apartment experience in my life...
