Many Years and NO Problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/2/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002   I face Bush St. It's sometimes noisey in the morning but I'm up then anyway and if you shut the windows you don't hear a thing. Even the parking is tolerable. You qualify for a "Area Permit" which allows you to park free right in the neighborhood. Not always easy to find a spot, but my car has never been broken into and its FREE. I've read a couple of the other reviews on this page and Jerry, the apt. manager, has never been anything but polite to me and helpful every time I've requested assistance with anything. He's actually gone out of his way to make living here a pleasent experience.
