The Burke-Lewis is a beautiful older building. No luxuries, re: roof garden, dishwashers or anything. But large studios and one bedrooms with tall ceilings compared to other buildings in the area.
It is well kept and clean top to bottom.
The manager will not tolorate noisy tenants, people who give no thought to the neighbors. He is a stickler on security. He has answered my calls promptly and depending on the gravity of the situation and what is required makes for the quickness of the repair. Nothing I was not able to live with. Emergencies are dealt with NOW.
I read a few other comments and I just wonder what thew whole story really was.
