If you fill out an application, they keep your money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I recently filled out an application for an apartment. Jerry made me get a $200.00 cashier's check in order to put in my application. He rented to someone else and will not return my calls to get my money back. There is no way a credit check costs $200.00. Hopefully he will do the honest thing and return the remainder of the money, but unfortunatly now that I read these reviews I am wondering if this is the case.
