This past weekend the elevator once again was not working. There was no indication that there was any problem, so I stepped in and closed the door. To make a long story shorter, It was about 1:30am, and I was stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes. I had a cell phone on me, luckily, and after ringing the alarm button for about ten minutes I finally had to call the Fire Department dispatch to come and free me. The next morning Jerry's solution to the problem was to label the door on the fourth floor with blue tape, which looks tacky as hell for starters, and wrote on it the words, "Push Door Open Here!" I think the real issue is get the f**king elevator fixed Jerry. The solution is not to dictate to people how to open the elevator door. This is another example of the laziness of this property manager, and his inability to do his job! If you're handicapped or have a physical disability, there is no way you could ever live in this apartment. The apartment building is not accessible for you. On top of Jerry Amundsen's ability to sit on his fat a... and not do his job, tenants have to put up with his abrasive attitude and verbal abuse which I find ineffective and uncalled for. He tries to intimidate people so that he will have even less to do. The location of this building is great, but the apartments are not worth the high rent or abuse you have to put up with!!!
