Anyone who has lived in the BLA knows better than this. "NO Nonsense" means "NO Action!" The only people that I know of who live in this building that are happy with Jerry Amundsen are Jerry and the old busy-body couple in apartment 102, and that's because they have the lowest rent of anyone in the building. TRUST ME, DO NOT LIVE HERE! Jerry's favorite expression is "A...hole!" Once you give notice to move out of this Hell-hole, Jerry treats you even worse than he did before. This is because now he has to show the apartment on the weekends, and it pisses him off that he has to work. It's your f...ing job Jerry! You're the "A...hole!"
