The Carillon has listings on several apartment guide websites stating that one bedroom apartments start at $1300. The listings have been posted for quite a while. When I called this morning, surprise!, the $1300 wasn't available, but they had one at $1500. There is probably never an apartment available at the prices they post on the web sites.

I've lived here since 2001, all on lower floors that pretty closely matched the low end of the prices. Prices seem to go up quickly as the floors do (since the 3rd/4th floors don't have views) and there are only 6 apartments (only one of which is a 1br) per floor.
Obviously, availability varies; personally, we lucked out when we moved in... 2br $1695 in 2001, couldn't beat that in this part of the city at a place this nice -- and $100 less than the 19th story 1br. No view, but hey, it's a relative bargain on the lower floors.
