Amazing! We love it!

--Don't trust these misleading bad reviews. If you'll notice they are all from people who never rented here. They are from people who looked at the place and didn't get the ass-kissing that other apartment rental places give them. Other places you get the butt-kiss from thier rental office so you can over-pay for a space and then they ignore you once your in. Here it is the opposite.

They are going to be realistic with you about the units, what they offer, what the plusses and minusses are. They are not trying to desperately sell you because they know that thier apartments here are going to sell. They are beautiful and well-priced apartments with rent control and so opening don't pop up that often.

The attention here goes to serving the people that already live here and not to desperately trying to tie people into a binding lease. The management is very nice and friendly here to the tenants but they are not going to tell you what-ever-you-want-to-hear when you are trying yo rent from them. One person got bitchy here about them not allowing thier two dogs--well the pet policy is simple-no more than 2 cats or one dog. I don't see that as too unreasonable. --

The community of people here are very nice, freindly and diverse.

The pool, sauna and jacuzzi and wonderful and barely used (although I wish they stayed open all night). The work-out room is really not much but if you just want a place to run off some stress after work on its good enough.

We're on the top floor and we love it! The views are amazing. The layout is brilliant. My boyfriend is an architect and can speak to how well put together the building it. It actually won some architectural awards when it was built. I recently had a friend bring me a copy of a photoshoot in a fashion mag that used the buiding as the backdrop.

Some things need some serious fixing up- such as the hallways - but there are also some very nice touches -like the spanish tile in the lobby. They also seem to be in a constant process of cleaning some of the lesser-well-done things up.

The balconies are generous and because of the shape of the building they offer a wide, wide view of the city. We can see the golden gate bridge, alcatraz, bay bridge, bank of america building, trans-america building, oakland hills, bay, etc. etc. etc. It's phenomenal (when its not foggy).

All the nice extras are really nice too - the dish washer, laundry on the same floor. The 'pie' shape of the apartment makes it feel bigger than it is because it opens out and provides both beautiful open-views and interesting room layout options.

This so far has been our dream apatment and I would recommend it to everyone- I'm really amazed that it is as affordable as it is.
