My husband and I love living here. The views are spectacular, the staff and maintenance people are very friendly and care about the building and the residents. The apartments are very light and airy looking because of the shape. The views are panoramic (also because of the shape).
It is al older building and because of that it is well insulated and extremely quite between apartments. We do get some street noise, but it isn't bad and one expects that in the city.
The building is well maintained inside and outside and is very well placed. On one side is St. Mary's Cathedral, on the other is St. Mark's Lutheran, the Unitarian Church is next to that and across the street from the Unitarian is a lovely old Baptist Church. It is as if this is the spiritual power point of the city. There are restaurants, movie theatres, the Civic Center, ballet, sympony, library, Asian Art Museum all within a few blocks. There is easy access to transportation.
The pool, hot tub, sauna and well kept and rarely used as is the exercise room. You'll never find another place like it in the city.
