Everything about this building is awful from the looks of it to the management as well as the noise. There?s no parking anywhere in this neighborhood. The plumbing is really bad. I had an apt with no tub & the water in the shower would suddenly turn either ice cold or scalding hot. The management is unresponsive to anyone that pays under market rate because of rent control & wants to get them out so they can raise the rent. This is a roach & insect infested building. Run don?t walk away from this nightmare.
