So the building's not perfect. The rent is really reasonable and the apartment I was renting was newly remodeled and actually really nice. I never had "infestation" issues or noise issues like other people said. Parking was a b*tch but I ended up selling my car so it wasn't a big deal plus you don't really need a car in sf anyway. There are a bunch of great places to eat in walking distance, you're close to one of the best parks in the city and the baseball stadium. The building is also really safe. Laundry room is fine, at least we had one.
Oh and the management are really understanding and do the best they can. Probably the nicest manager I've ever dealt with.
