It's been a while, but....

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1995
I lived there waaayyyy back in '85. My, the neighborhood sure has changed!
South Park used to be a drug dealer's paradise.
Anyway, I only lived there for about 6 months, but I remember the manager was incredibly understanding; if i couldn't make rent, he'd let me pay late. Once I ripped out the carpets, and he just asked if I had happened to keep the carpet so he could have it reinstalled when I leave! I was never charged for damages when I left.
I guess the place was a dive, but I wasn't an angel either. Beggers can't be choosers....
