Central Towers Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2004 Years at this apartment: 1992 - 1994   Nice-looking building with Hastings School of Law and major bus routes 2 blocks away in one direction, and crack houses 1 block away in the other direction. Safe inside building, but use some common sense on the streets late at night. Concrete walls keep the building fairly quiet. Secure parking garage for tenants, but visitors have no good place to park. Suitable for unmarried males on a tight budget who aren't bothered by occasionally being propositioned by prostitutes of both sexes.
