From: prideguy Date posted: 12/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   I have lived here for 5 years and had friends that have lived her for many years 1 Yes, it on the T'L boarder, but has excellent security staff 7 mangmt. honest doormen that recieve packages, and respond aggressively to any any any security issue, The Maintence dept are beyond excellent and sincere and hard working ! they are now updated the vacent units to High tech modern kitchens and appliances, Sorry that the street Drug Traffic elevate thier trade on the 1st & 15th of the month ,but Care not Cash has lessened the problem drastically, You can't beat the transit easy accessibilty and short walks to the greatest spots San Francisco has to offer. this nieghborhood is changing , give it a chance, beyond excellent mangement and security staff, cheap parking, incredible views from the upper floors and aggressive Pest control= No bugs ! Poor credit reviewed and respected
