I had quite the opposite experience with CitiApartments. I was being relocated from Seattle and need to find a place in the city. After scouring the city for weeks and finding nothing that was worth while, I stumbled upon a CitiApartments owned building. It was true, upon calling their were no vacnies in that building (apparently their signs are always up). However, I didn't find this to be a probelm becuase I called the number on the sign and talked to a Sales agent. I explained what i was looking for and that I was on a time crunch. Within that hour, I met with the sales agent and she took me around (in her own car) to all the properties in my price range (there was no fee for this by the way). I must have seen about 10 great places before I found the one I wanted to call home. I turned in my paperwork and no more than 2 days later I was signing the lease and moving in. It was probably the least stress move-in I've ever had. I would highly recommend CitiApartments' services to anybody looking in the San Francisco area (their properties are limited to the city). Good luck!
