the worst experience of my life. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   These are the problems I've had with citi apartments: BEDBUGS (without warning that the building is infested) broken fridge wasn't replaced for 3 weeks.. 3 WEEKS WITHOUT A FRIDGE!!! Think about it.. elevator breaking down ALL the time while elderly people live on the top floor and cannot get up and down the stairs extremely RUDE employees.. especially those receptionists. Also, anyone who works for the company. Just terrible. puddles in the lobby broken front door leading to people getting in and out who shouldn't be here shattered front door building manager writing on the walls that he doesn't care what's happening in the building because he's still getting paid water being turned off without warning when a problem arises, there is no possible way to contact anyone within their offices. In fact, they'll change their phone messages to make it seem like they're on the phone ALL THE TIME. They're voicemail is ALWAYS full which means impossible to leave a message so many more issues and problems. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR BUILDINGS. You will be paying large amounts of money for nothing but trouble.
