Liars/Deceiving/Over-Priced From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   They had a good manager named Margaruite, but the company re-located her to another property, she was doing a good job, maybe too good, thats why now they replaced her with someone who plays corporate games, her name is Jennifer, you can't miss her, you can hear her coming. She just placed an add on Craiglist advertising the place..it advertises free rent the first month..basically they are trying to pack the place again, because the vacancy rate is high again...this method of packing the place without thorough background check, allowed characters to move into the place like the tenants who had the double homicide one summer night. .....BELIEVE ME, its a complete lie about the amenities you'll have...... Crime is still a major problem, there are break-ins every month, even in the so-called secured garage..with the worthless cameras... just ask the BRYANT STREET POLICE STATION, homelessness is a big issue, your "stunning view" is only a few units and they are about to get hidden with a new building going up in front of the complex. The 3rd floor almost caved in about three years ago, they just covered the cracks with HOME DEPOT spackle... the roof leaks, hot water runs out always...the garbage chute clogs up all the time...and the one common thing people complain about is the elevator, they have one that does not go anywhere, its worthless.... THE PLACE FLOODS DURING A STORM!!!...some people could not get to thier cars in the garage, ROTO-ROOTER payed us four or five visits during a span of 2 months...I'll bet the next big quake will cause some major damage to this place, and the building is brand new... The prices vary in this place, but all-in all I have to agree with all the other reviews, that this place is over-priced and THEY LIE ALOT about pricing with different units. PASS THIS PLACE UP! YOU'LL THANK ME LATER. UNIT #'''
