Definitely avoid From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   We could not wait to leave!! This has now become a noisy dorm with incompetent management and a constant stream of unhappy tenants heading out the door. No sane professional who actually needs to sleep or want to walk to nearby shops or restaurants would live here. The building itself is rarely cleaned, and the surrounding neighborhood is filthy, although there are now fewer homeless living near the side of the building. Look around for much better values, quality of living, and location.
