City Lofts Apartments

Very noisy. Bring your earplugs! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The management has been lowering their standards to keep the place full, so now there's a bunch of noisy college kids who stay up until 4am and talk loudly outside their lofts as they smoke various substances. If you wear earplugs or don't care about noise, it's no big deal, but it's only going to get worse.
