fixing the gate when the horses have already escaped From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I've heard several bad stories aside from my own... One neighbor had 2" of water collected between the panes of his double-pane 8 x 10 foot bay window. It took managment 4 months to replace the window after he marched them up to the apartment to explain it to them. He even had plywood for windows for two weeks before it was fixed completely. Additionally, another neighbor was never given keys to the front door of the building. He dialed in the passcode, that almost the whole city knew, to get in until that code was revoked when the murders happened. For two days he had to hop the fence on the side of the building to get in at night.
