good first impression - competely overpriced From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   bad -rent is absurdly high. -seemingly well-meaning, but incompetent maintenance & office staff -"elevator" -basic at&t cable is unavailable. -dogshit and homeless people can always be found right outside the building. -garbage is 'supposed' to be picked up monday and friday. not usually in reality. good -right next to the 6th street exit, but extremely quiet. no outside traffic can be heard from the courtyard. -washer and dryer in every apartment. -low security deposit. -good pet policy. -very convenient to public transportation (caltrain, muni, etc.) -plenty of parking, except when there's a giants game.
