Building is an eyesore... but the rooms are spacious

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Laundry is expensive, gone up twice in less than 2 years ($1.75/wash or dry). Owners not open to improving quality of units or building as a whole. Forget satellite for better TV programming and quality..go with AT&T for the worse service ever. You?re stuck, so don?t sign a lease unless you?re sure. If there's one positive, the neighborhood and the VIEW!
