I have rented an apartment here at exorbitant rates. The building noise from remodeling (which is going on all the time) is outrageous. At least once a week the water is turned off for 4 hours and the long term tenants are extememy hostile. Look somewhere esle - this ploace is awful, and emotionally upsetting. There is no safety in place - people just follow you in the front door.
