Eddy Van Apartments

Owner is Terrible along with upkeep From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   The owner of this place is out of control along with the onsite manager. The building is not upkept in anyway. Apartments are cosmetically touched up when someone moves. When something does need to actually be fixed the work is shoddy and very rearly completed. In 5 years nothing was replaced and the bathroom wall rotted out due to a persistant water leak.
