Economical Living From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I have to say that my overall experience with this building has been good. While it is not exactly one of the nicest buildings in the city in the nicest area of the city it is also not the most expensive either. The manager and the company that runs the building have been good about keeping the building secure and maintenance issues are always dealt with. I would recommend it to people with low budgets.
