Empire Court Apartments

Old and Shabby... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I cannot in good faith recommend Empire Court Apartments. There are many unseemly characters about, one that actually committed arson in the building and is now in prison, to give you an idea. Not to mention a pretty good amount of cross-dresser prostitution. The carpets are old, the painting is shabby and cracks off. After the fire a new carpet was laid down in common areas that is cheap and matches nothing, a far cry form the beautiful 1920's carpeting that was destroyed. The manager is moody and the owner only drops by once in a while in his Mercedes to pick up the bags of money he is making off us schmucks. I am moving as soon as possible! I wouldn't suggest you move in. Word to the wise.
