Disregard for tenants health From: matt_od Date posted: 5/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   We lived in the Eve Apartments for just over a year. We had to move out after discovering that the black mold that was forming on the windowsill of our bedroom and and inside the walls was making us ill. The managment was improperly responsive. Their idea of fixing the issue was drilling holes in the walls to let the water drain out. Brilliant, so now we had water on the floor. The building is in MASSIVE disrepair. Walls need to be knocked down and replaced.
