WOW !!!! What a change !! As the neighborhood transitions to, truly, the JAZZ Center of SF, TFC is keeeping pace. The new coutyard is spectacular. This place continues to impress with it's commitment to improving the quality of life of not just the residents, but the community itself. This has become THE place to live and hang out in San Francisco.

Music on the patio I can hear from my place, though I prefer to lounge around in front with a nice, spicey Zin. Great chance to mingle with the neighbors en mass and catch up on everyones doin's.

The Farmers Market isn't quite The Ferry Building, but the vendors are more personal, especially after all these years here. And I can just step outside and enjoy.

Cudo's to ownership and, especially, the management team for making this the only place I'll ever live in San Francisco.

Penthouse Bob, Mrs Penthouse and our little dog too.

I seriously believe that you work for this company, or that they cut you a deal on your rent to promote their hellhole. I know that neighborhood inside and out, and I'm assuming the "great chow" you're referring to is the Panda Express across the street? It is possible that living there doesn't bother you because you travel so much for business and don't actually have to deal with those surroundings. Why do you suppose it is that everyone else hates this place except for you?

There is no long wait to get in. I suppose the long list of those who've complained are wrong, however. You know more about their experiences... right Bob? Were you in their shoes, you'd handle things much better right.... yes, of course. Because you live on the top floor....and guess what?

YOU JUST RENEWED!!!! That's Great Bob!

To HEIST!!!! Like any poperty with 1100 apartments, there will always be some avaialble. The occupancy rate is at an all time high according to the leasing staff. If you're willing to take whats available, you can move right in. If you want a specific floor plan or building, etc, put your name n the list. As to the long list of those who complained, mathematically, the number is very small given the fact there are over 1100 units. So an average of a few adverse posts here a month doesn't rock anybodys world. In addition, most of the complaints posted here are from former tennants and, more importantly, former employees with a bitter attitude. So weed those out and the number is really minimal. I certainly don't mean to minimize anyones complaint, so long as thier not working a personal agenda such as taking a cheap shot becasuse the got canned, for instance.
