Fillmore Center Apartments

ghetto apt From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 4 responses   I do not feel safe here at all. I wish I could afford to break my lease. The fillmore center is soo bad that I find myself not wanting to go outside to get groceries in fear of getting robbed or shot. I get harrasesd all the time by crack heads and homeless people. This place is a nightmare
