For San Francisco this is a bad neighborhood. The other reviews are true. I have been living hear for the past 14 months and I am gone in a week. Dollar for dollar the rent is fair, until your lease expires and the price goes up (mine went up 200 a month). The worst part about the FC is the service. I was new to the area when I moved in and I was flat out lied to about the quality and safety of the neighborhood. Over the past year I have been charged for services that I was told would be paid for by the FC. I have had 5-6 accounting mix ups (some cost me money some cost me time). If you choose to move in here, wich I strongly do not recomend, keep very good track of your records and doument every pile of dust on the floor when you do your original walk through. This building is very appealing at first, but keep looking. You can do much better.

The FC is a disappointing apartment complex to move into. They'll run it as a cut-throat business without much attention to the needs of tenants. The neighborhood can be tough (there are two housing projects right by it and drug dealing, prostitution and violent crimes are much higher than the average for other SF neighborhoods. I don't recommend.
